i discovered egl fashion when i was about 12 and have been on and off obsessed ever since. i didn't buy my first dress until i was about 17, and since then i've been sporadically collecting old school, classic, and gothic lolita pieces.

i sometimes wonder what brings me back to egl all these years. i think more than anything, lolita feels like a beautiful escape. when i lace up my rocking horse shoes and tie up my waist ties in the mirror, i am always surprised at my transformation. it allows me to create a world where everything can be beautiful. ꒰ঌ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎໒꒱
